Kotori Itsuka

Kotori Itsuka is one of the heroines in Date A Live and its derivative works. She is the adoptive younger sister of Shido Itsuka, the commander of the spirit organization Ratatoskr, and also a human with spirit powers, codenamed Efreet. She is voiced by Ayana Taketatsu. At 14 years old and 145cm tall, she can switch her personality with black and white hairbands: the white one brings out her clingy, tearful younger sister mode, while the black one her sadistic, sharp-tongued commander mode. Having grown up with Shido since childhood, her affection for him is at the maximum level. Her spirit form is the Elohim Gibor, and her angel is Camael, a giant flaming battle axe that can transform into a cannon form. She has phoenix-like regenerative abilities but is prone to an uncontrollable urge to destroy. Five years ago, she accepted powers to become a stronger sister for Shido and got involved in an accident. She performed artificial respiration to save him, sealing her own powers and gifting him self-healing abilities. Later, she joined Ratatoskr and strove to save other spirits.
